Q. Can I resume daily activities right after the treatment?

UltraClear laser has minimal downtime, allowing most patients to wash their face and apply makeup from the next day. (For 3DMIRACLE mode) However, sun protection and moisturizing are essential.

Q. How many sessions are recommended?

It varies depending on skin condition and goals, but 3-5 sessions are generally recommended. Recovery cycles may differ by mode.

Q. Are there any side effects?

Most laser treatments are safe, but temporary redness, stinging, or swelling may occur depending on individual skin condition and lifestyle. Please follow your dermatologist's instructions after treatment.

Q. Will one session be enough?

Skin texture and tone can be noticeable after just 1 treatment, but scarring, wrinkles, and elasticity require cumulative treatments. Usually, 3~5 sessions are planned, with gradual improvement after each session.

Q. How is it different from conventional fractional lasers?

If conventional fractional treatments work by deeply burning spots to shave down Scarring, UltraClear stimulates the epidermis through the dermis evenly to reorganize the skin’s structure itself. Pain and Downtime are reduced, and it can be used on a wider range of areas (around the eyes, mouth, and neck).

Q. It is a CO₂ laser, so does it hurt a lot?

UltraClear is designed to deliver uniform stimulation across the surface and through microcolumns, rather than burning deeply in spots like conventional CO₂ lasers. Both Pain and recovery burden are felt to be much lower than with conventional CO₂ lasers.

Q. Will scabs form?

The Miracle Peel mode produces almost no scabs. The wrinkle/elasticity mode and scarring fractional mode may cause tiny scabs to form for 3–7 days, depending on your skin condition. They will fall off naturally, so never pick them off.

Please follow these guidelines for the best results

  • Avoid Sunlight

    Avoid sun exposure for 3-4 weeks before and after treatment

  • No Tanned Skin

    Tanned skin may cause unexpected reactions during laser treatment

  • Stop Exfoliation

    Stop using exfoliating products 1 week before treatment to avoid skin sensitivity

  • SPF 30+ Required

    Protect skin daily with moisturizer and SPF 30+ sunscreen

  • No sauna, exercise, or alcohol for 3 days

    For 3 days after the procedure, avoid saunas, jjimjilbang, strenuous exercise, and alcohol. Heat, sweat, and blood vessel dilation delay recovery.

  • Contact us immediately if any adverse reaction occurs

    If Pain becomes progressively more severe, or if discharge, pus, or blisters develop, or itching or a rash persists, contact the clinic immediately. Prompt treatment determines recovery.

  • Wrinkle and fractional treatments: do not pick off scabs

    The wrinkle and skin-firming modes and fractional mode may cause tiny scabs, redness, and swelling for about 3–7 days. Removing the scabs may leave Scarring and pigmentation, so do not touch them under any circumstances.

  • Moisturizing and sun protection are essential for one week

    For 1 week after the procedure, moisturizing is the top priority. When going outdoors, use sunscreen with SPF 30 or higher for Sun Protection, and reapply every 2~3 hours during outdoor activities.

  • Normal reactions right after the procedure

    Redness, a warm burning sensation, mild swelling, and dryness or tightness in the treated area are part of the normal recovery process. Most symptoms improve within hours to days.

  • Washing and makeup after 4 to 6 hours

    On the Day of Treatment, use face wash, makeup, and sunscreen after 4~6 hours have passed. Before then, use only the prescribed regenerative ointment and moisturizer.
